 We hope you’ll leave feeling a little 

more settled, soothed, supported and

connected to your own internal resources.

 How the Zoom Call Works:

• We start with a welcome and introduction to the call

• We listen deeply to 2 Moms for about 20 minutes each

• Moms have an opportunity to share something about birth, loss, postpartum, mothering etc. for 3-5 minutes without interruptions. Moms with children of all ages are welcome, including Moms of grown children.

• Our first listener, Chris or Trish, reflects your story back to you and checks if she's understanding you.

• Our next listener, Suzanne, asks about what Sensations or Feelings you might have been experiencing or are experiencing right now. All Feelings are invited. Tears and laughter are healing and are always welcome. Feelings can help guide us towards what matters to us. 

• Our last listener, Neeta or Stephanie, asks you about what might be deeply important to you or what you could be longing for. These are sometimes called our Universal Human Needs. We love hearing you say "yes" or “no” as you connect with what is important for you.

• As we wrap up, you are invited to share any present moment sensations you notice and what happens if you take a moment to focus on these sensations, does anything change? Noticing our body sensations can be a beautiful way to incorporate self-care into any moment of our day.

• Lastly, everyone will have an opportunity to share about needs that were met or what was meaningful to them from listening to this story.
  
  

• First Monday of each month is dedicated to Celebrations!!

• Third Monday, Neeta is hosting a reflective listening practice called an Empathy Circle. One of the things I love abot this practice is that you can start doing it with your family :-)
