MY STORY

Some of the earliest memories of mine revolve around the eclectic aromas that came wafting out from the kitchen back home. Sine then, my passion for food kept growing until I began taking notes of recipes that had been in the family for years, passed down from one housewife to another, little secrets crumbs that revealed so much about our tastes. As an Anglo-Indian, the food I make is intricately linked to our culture, and it makes me proud that my dishes are not just about sustenance, it’s about telling a story, through food. That, and I’ve just realized it, has always been the main reason why cooking has been a lifelong obsession.
