a. Ingredient Lists You Enter
When you paste or scan a product ingredient list, the App processes that text to provide an educational ingredient analysis.
Ingredient lists may be stored locally on your device if you save a result or keep recent checks.
b. Photos or Camera Access
If you use the scan feature, the App may request access to your camera or photo library so you can scan a product label or ingredient list.
Photos are used only for the purpose of scanning or extracting ingredient text.
Unless clearly stated otherwise inside the App, photos and ingredient scans are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
c. Saved Results and Recent Checks
The App may store saved products, recent checks, selected mode, and preferences locally on your device.
This information is used to let you return to previous checks and improve your in-app experience.
d. Purchase Information
If you purchase MomSafe Pro, Apple processes your payment and subscription information through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
The App may receive limited purchase status information from Apple to determine whether MomSafe Pro is active.

If you contact us by email or through a support form, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or app issue description.

MomSafe is designed to keep most user-generated information locally on your device.

- Pro access status.
You can delete local app data by deleting the App from your device. Some purchase records are managed by Apple and may remain associated with your Apple Account.

MomSafe may use Apple services such as:
- App Store / StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- iCloud or system services only if enabled by the user or required by Apple platform functionality.
MomSafe does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
MomSafe does not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
MomSafe Pro may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions and/or a lifetime purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
We do not control Apple’s billing system, refund decisions, payment methods, or subscription management tools.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Ingredient guidance may vary based on concentration, product type, usage area, skin condition, pregnancy status, breastfeeding status, medical history, and individual circumstances.

7. Children’s Privacy
MomSafe is not intended for children under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
