Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, extract the source code, translate, or make derivative versions of the app or our trademarks. The app itself, and all related intellectual property rights, belong to Erhan Kiroglu.
MomPlate is designed to provide nutritional insights for pregnant individuals, but it is not a doctor. All content, AI-generated insights, and information in this app are for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Using this app does not establish a patient-client relationship. Never rely solely on this app for managing your diet or health during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor, obstetrician, or a qualified healthcare professional regarding your specific dietary needs before making any health, medical, or dietary decisions.
Erhan Kiroglu is committed to ensuring the app is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time. MomPlate operates on a freemium model. We will never charge you for premium features without making it very clear exactly what you are paying for.
It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this could compromise your device's security and cause MomPlate to stop working properly.

Certain functions of MomPlate, such as AI meal analysis, require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Erhan Kiroglu cannot take responsibility if the app does not work at full functionality due to a lack of internet access.
If you use the app using mobile data, your network provider's standard charges will apply. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming fees. Erhan Kiroglu also accepts no liability for any loss you experience as a result of relying entirely on the app's functionality or if your device runs out of battery.
MomPlate is currently available on Android and iOS. System requirements may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the app. You agree to accept application updates when offered. We reserve the right to stop providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
Payment: If you purchase a premium subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly) unless turned off.
How to Cancel: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel the subscription in your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play) at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Free Trials: If you start a free trial, you will automatically be charged at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours prior. Buying a subscription before a trial ends will forfeit any unused trial time.
MomPlate includes artificial intelligence features that analyze photos of your meals using Google Cloud Vertex AI. By using these features, you agree to the following:
No Medical Advice: The AI is a software tool, not a nutritionist or doctor. Do not rely on the AI for medical diagnoses, managing gestational diabetes, or assessing strict allergy requirements.
Accuracy and Hallucinations: Generative AI can occasionally produce incorrect or misleading nutritional information. Erhan Kiroglu does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the AI's response. You are responsible for evaluating the AI's insights before logging food or changing your diet based on its suggestions.
User Content: You are responsible for the images you upload. Please ensure you are only uploading photos of meals and avoid submitting strictly private or sensitive information in your photos.
Service Availability: AI features rely on cloud providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for AI service errors.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. You are advised to review this page for any changes. Notifications of changes will be made by posting the new Terms and Conditions here.
