Momory ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Information We Collect
When you use Momory, we collect the following:
Your email address and first name when you create an account
The content you type or speak into the app, including tasks, reminders, lists, and "on my mind" thoughts
Your notification preferences
How You Sign In
You may sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. When you do, we receive your name and email address from those services to create and identify your account. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Apple's privacy policy is available at apple.com/privacy.
AI-Powered Sorting
When you submit a brain dump, your text is sent to our secure server and processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to automatically sort your thoughts into categories. Your text is transmitted solely for this purpose. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. Your text may appear briefly in server logs during processing and is not stored beyond what is necessary to return your sorted results. To sort your brain dumps into tasks, reminders, lists, and thoughts, we send the text of your dump to Anthropic (Claude AI). Anthropic processes your text and returns a categorized version. We don't share your account info — only the text content. Anthropic's standard policy is to retain API content for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Voice and Microphone
If you use voice input, Momory accesses your microphone and uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to convert your voice to text. Your audio is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Data Storage
Your account information and content are stored securely using Supabase, a third-party cloud database provider. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy. A local copy of your data is also cached on your device to allow the app to work offline.
Push Notifications
If you enable reminders, Momory will send push notifications to your device. Notification content is generated from the reminders you create and is processed locally on your device.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to provide the features of the app. We do not sell, share, rent, or monetize your personal information in any way. We use PostHog (a third-party analytics service) to understand how the app is used. When you sign in, we share your account ID, email, and first name with PostHog so we can understand product usage and improve momory. We don't share the content of your brain dumps or items with PostHog.
Data Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data from our systems, including your content stored in Supabase. This action cannot be undone.
Children's Privacy
Momory is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
California Residents — Your Rights Under CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at christymarie1055@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.
European Users — Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict our processing, request a portable copy of your data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our lawful basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you to provide the app's services. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at christymarie1055@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Momory app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Momory, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Momory is a personal productivity app designed to help you capture and organize your thoughts. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at christymarie1055@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
5. AI-Powered Features
Momory uses artificial intelligence to help sort and organize your brain dumps. AI suggestions are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any AI-generated categorizations before acting on them.
6. Purchases and Refunds
Momory is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly and do not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard refund process.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that your data will never be lost. You use the App at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momory and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
