Delete Your MomoDesk Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your MomoDesk account and the data associated with it.

How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open the MomoDesk app.

2. Tap the More tab.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email abdulainurudeentitiaka@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my MomoDesk account." We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

From our servers:

• Your profile: email address, display name, and phone number (if you added one)

• All forum posts and comments you created

• All marketplace listings you created

From your device:

• Your transaction history

• Saved contacts, custom USSD shortcuts, and fraud-check records

• All app settings and your signed-in session

What data is kept

• We do not retain any of your personal data on our servers after deletion.

• If you previously backed up data to your own Google Drive, that backup remains in your Google Drive under your control. You can delete it yourself from Google Drive at any time.

Retention period

Deletion is immediate. There is no additional retention period for data on our servers.
