Payment Policy

• All sessions must be paid in advance to secure your booking.

• Payments can be made via direct deposit.

• Prices: J$1,500 per hour for tutoring services.

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• In the rare event that I have to cancel a session, I will offer you the choice of a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Parent Updates

• After each session, I will provide a brief update on your child’s progress, achievements, and areas to work on.

• Regular check-ins will be offered to ensure your child is meeting their goals.

Client Info Storage

• Your personal and payment details will be stored securely, and will only be used for the purpose of bookings and communications related to the services provided.
