Hi, my name is Trinity Spicer. I am the Founder and Executive Director of Mommas Haven and military spouse. Upon our move to Fort Carson, CO my husband and I found out we were expecting. Following a month later, my husband was placed on a rotation in Korea. With my husband being away at that time, I was unable to celebrate my pregnancy with my ideal dream baby shower due to not having support, a community, or family near by. This is a common struggle for military families. I ended up giving birth to our daughter prematurely at 31 weeks and in my delivery room I had my neighbor and my husband’s NCO's wife. This experience made me realize how important it is to have community. I put trust in God, had this vision, and executed my plan in creating this non-profit organization "Mommas Haven" to provide services to military and low income families in the Colorado and Florida area.

At Mommas Haven, our mission is to create a warm and welcoming community where military and low-income families can find the support they need. We are dedicated to providing resources, assistance, and a nurturing environment that empowers families to thrive. Together, we strive to create a network of care, understanding, and resilience, ensuring that every family feels valued and supported. In addition, we believe in the power of connection, compassion, and we strive to uplift each other through shared experiences, resources, and encouragement. Together, we can build a brighter future for our families and foster a sense of belonging for everyone.

Mommas Haven envisions a world where military and low-income families have access to the support and resources they need to thrive. We strive to build a strong and inclusive community that empowers families to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. We intend to expand our locations across the US and internationally, however as of now we are located in Colorado Springs, CO, Jacksonville, FL, and Bavaria, Germany.
