This Privacy Policy explains how Momentam collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use the Momentam products ("Momentam app" or "Momentam studio app"). This policy is intended for all users aged 15 and above who use the app to book and access professional photography services during events. Momentam products are not intended for people under the age of 15.

A. Personal Information:

• Name and Phone Number – For account management, personalization, and core functionality.

• Email Address – used for communication and account recovery.

• Uploaded Head Shot  – users upload a headshot photo to be recognised by photographers.

B. Location Data - We collect approximate location information while the App is in use to enhance your experience, such as helping photographers locate a user nearby.

C. Photos - Required for account identification, personalization, and delivery of photo services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

• Create and manage your user account.

• Facilitate the delivery and access of event photos.

• Improve user experience within the App.

• Communicate with you about your account or updates to our services.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties 

Your data may be stored and processed via the following secure platforms used to support the app’s infrastructure: Firebase (cloud storage), Appwrite (backend infrastructure), Netlify (frontend services), Linode (VPS hosting).
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or third parties unrelated to the operation of Momentam.

4. Data Security 

We use industry-standard encryption and secure protocols to protect all user data in transit and at rest. Your data is always transmitted over secure connections , and access to backend systems is strictly controlled. 

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may:

• Review or update your account information at any time through the App.
