INTRODUCTION This Privacy Policy describes how Molten Ink ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game RISE (the "App", package name com.rise.stack) on Google Play. By installing or using RISE you agree to this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT DIRECTLY RISE itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to our servers. All game progress (high scores, coins, unlocked skins, settings) is saved locally on your device and never leaves your device through us.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB) RISE displays advertisements served by Google AdMob (a service of Google LLC). To deliver and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may automatically collect and process the following from your device: - Advertising ID (Android Ad ID / AAID) — a resettable identifier used to personalize ads - IP address (which can be used to derive approximate location at country / region / city level) - Approximate (coarse) location derived from IP address. RISE does NOT request GPS or precise location permission. - Device information (device model, OS version, language, time zone, screen size) - App interaction data related to ads (impressions, clicks, viewability) - Crash diagnostics related to the ad SDK
This data is collected by Google as a data controller for advertising purposes. RISE does not have access to or store this data.

AD PERSONALIZATION AND CONSENT (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP) On first launch, users in regions covered by GDPR (EEA / UK), CCPA (California) and similar laws are presented with a consent prompt provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. You can choose: - Personalized ads — selected based on your interests inferred by Google's advertising partners - Non-personalized ads — generic ads not based on your past behavior
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time inside the App via Settings then Privacy Options.
DATA SHARING We do not sell your personal information. The only third party that receives data through your use of RISE is Google (via the AdMob SDK), as described above, for the purpose of serving advertisements.
PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP - INTERNET — required to load advertisements from AdMob - ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required by the AdMob SDK to detect connectivity - AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) — required on Android 13+ so AdMob can access the resettable Advertising ID
RISE does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive runtime permissions.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY RISE is rated for general audiences but is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION Because RISE does not store your personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. To remove all locally stored game data, uninstall the App or use Android Settings then Apps then RISE then Storage then Clear data. To request deletion of advertising data held by Google, follow Google's instructions at https://policies.google.com/privacy
YOUR RIGHTS Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDP Act, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data held about you, and to withdraw consent. As RISE does not collect personal data directly, most of these rights are exercised against Google with respect to AdMob data. You may also contact us at the email below.
