How do I book a cleaning appointment?

You can easily book a cleaning appointment by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website’s booking form. Once we receive your request, our team will get in touch to confirm details and schedule a time that suits you best.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 48 to 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly.

Cleaning Procedures & Supplies

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Yes, we provide professional-grade cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective and safe cleaning. However, if you prefer to use your own supplies, we are happy to accommodate this at a lower cost. Thus, it will be the client's responsibility to ensure that they buy from well-known cleaning brands, such as Handy Andy, so that the domestic workers do not get harmed by chemicals when cleaning.

How long does a typical cleaning session take?

The duration of a cleaning session depends on the size and type of the area to be cleaned. Generally, a standard home or office cleaning takes between 6 to 8 hours. For specialized services like end-of-tenancy or post-builder cleans, the time may be longer and need attention for more than 1 day.
