Welcome to Molive ("us", "us", the "Company", or "Molive").

1. Accept the Terms of Use Agreement:

By creating a Molive account, whether through a mobile device, mobile application, or computer (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by:

- these terms of use;

- Our privacy policy and security tips;

- Any terms disclosed and agreed to by you if you purchase additional features, products or services we offer on the Service (collectively, the "Agreement").


We may change this Agreement and the Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted under the "Settings" of the Service. You should check the latest version regularly. We may modify the Agreement for reasons including to reflect changes in the law or requirements, new features, or changes in business practices. If the changes involve material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance by reasonable means, which may include notification through the Service or email. If you continue to use the Services after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Agreement. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

2. Your Account.

Upon registration, users are granted access to the Molive database and services. In order to use our services, you can log in using guest login or Google login information. If you do this, you authorize us to access and use certain Google Account information, including but not limited to your public Google profile. For more information about the information we collect from you and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials.

3. Children policy.

This service is only allowed to be used by people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18 years old, you are not allowed to download or use the service. This service can only be used or accessed by persons with full civil capacity. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from children under the age of 18. If you access or use the Service by providing false age information, you and your guardian shall bear the consequences arising therefrom in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; and shall be exempted from legal consequences.



4. Modification and termination of service

We are always working to improve our services, which means we may add or modify certain features, delete them, etc. If these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking these actions.


If necessary, you can terminate your account by following the instructions in "Settings-Delete Account" in the Service. Molive may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated this Agreement. Upon termination of your account, you will not be entitled to a refund of any purchases.

5. Safety, interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You understand that Molive does not conduct criminal background checks or background checks on users. Molive MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING USER CONDUCT. 

6. Your obligations

Users are solely responsible for their registration information, further personal data and information they provide about themselves. Users confirm that the information they provide is true and accurately reflects their personal situation. Any intentional or fraudulent false claims may give rise to civil and criminal legal proceedings and give Molive the right to block user profiles without affecting its ability to receive compensation. Users confirm that they will not use Molive's services for commercial or advertising purposes. Users may not manually or through computer programs obtain the content and profiles of other users in order to use such data. Users promise to keep their login information confidential. If login information is passed to third parties, the user is responsible for all consequences of this action. If there is any suspicion that access information has been forwarded to a third party, the User must notify Molive immediately and take appropriate measures to prevent further misuse (e.g. change of password). Users are prohibited from providing explicit content of any kind.

Furthermore, the User undertakes not to abuse Molive's services, in particular:

- Not use them to disseminate defamatory, racist, inflammatory or otherwise illegal material or information;

- Not request illegal pornographic content through database systems or from other users;

- Not use them to threaten or harass other users or performers or infringe their rights (including personal rights);

-Do not submit or request any content related to any illegal pornography, human trafficking, or violation of laws;

- No data containing viruses or software or other materials protected by copyright or other protective rights may be introduced into the system or database unless the user is the owner of the corresponding rights or obtains the necessary consent for use;

- not use them in a way that adversely affects other users' access to the service; - not intercept any emails or other messages, nor attempt to do so;

-Do not send chain letters; -Do not send any emails or other messages for commercial purposes;

- do not mention any name, address, telephone or fax number, postal address, email or URL in the profile data;

-Do not collect, store or process any personal data about other users.

In case of non-compliance with the above obligations or breach of other obligations set out in these General Terms and Conditions, Molive is entitled to block the User's access to the database immediately and to terminate the contract without further notice.

7. Rights you grant to Molive.

By creating an account, you grant Molive a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify and distribute Information you authorize, and any information you post, upload, display or otherwise make available on the Service (collectively, "Post") or transmit to other users (collectively, "Content"). Our license to your content is subject to your rights under applicable laws (such as laws regarding personal data protection, to the extent that any content contains personal information as defined by those laws) and is limited to operating, developing, providing and improving the Services and research and developing new services. You agree that any Content you place on the Service, or that you authorize us to place on the Service, may be viewed by other users and by anyone who accesses or participates in the Service.

You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any Content you post as part of the Service. We may remove, in whole or in part, any content that, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the Service.

You agree to be respectful and friendly when communicating with our customer service representatives. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account if we believe that your behavior toward any of our customer service representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive.

8. Purchase

In addition to providing free services, Molive also provides various paid services to users. Each time the Services are used independently, the User enters into a new contractual relationship with Molive. Each use of the Services constitutes a new contractual relationship. These services are completely independent of the free use of the Molive database system. A personal contract does not constitute a subscription. The contract is concluded when the user selects the paid service and clicks the "Continue" button to accept the payment obligations (hereinafter referred to as the "Order Process"). Paid services are also subject to local terms and conditions.

"gem"

By entering into a payable contractual relationship, the User receives the amount selected during the order process, which is credited to the credit account. Credit balances are denominated in so-called "gems." Users can enter into a new purchase contract by adding "gems" to their credit account again through the order process.


Virtual item

"Gems" are virtual items obtained by users.

Users can only purchase virtual items through Molive and not through other means. Virtual Items constitute a limited license subject to this Agreement. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, Virtual Items purchased by User will be licensed to User, and User acknowledges that ownership of Virtual Items will not be transferred or transferred to User. This Agreement shall not be construed as a sale of rights to Virtual Items. The account balance in a user's account associated with Virtual Items does not represent a real-world account balance or reflect any stored value, but represents a measure of the scope of the user's permission. If the Virtual Items are not used, no fees will be charged, but in accordance with the terms of this Contract, the Virtual Items license granted to the User will terminate if Molive ceases to provide services or the User's account is closed, or is terminated. Molive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge a fee for the right to access or use Virtual Items and/or may distribute Virtual Items for a fee or for free. Molive can manage, regulate, control, modify or delete virtual items at any time. Molive has no liability to users or third parties if Molive exercises any of these rights. The transfer of virtual items is prohibited, and users may not sell, repossess or otherwise transfer virtual items to any natural or legal person. Virtual Items can only be retrieved through the Service. All purchases and returns of Virtual Items made through the Service are final and non-refundable. The provision of Virtual Items for use in the Service is a service provided by Molive that begins immediately upon the User's acceptance of the purchase of such Virtual Items.


Refund

User acknowledges that if an account is closed, whether intentionally or accidentally, Molive will have no obligation to provide a refund for any reason and will not be entitled to any monetary or other compensation for unused Virtual Items. However, Molive will review each request on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to issue refunds solely in good faith and without the admission of any legal obligation.

Generally, all purchases are non-refundable and partial use periods are non-refundable.

Purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer.

Molive provides the Services on an "as available" basis and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, provides no warranties of any kind for the Services, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

Molive is not responsible for any content posted, sent or received by you or other users or third parties through the Service. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained in any form through the use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Third-party services

The Service may contain links to websites or Internet resources provided by third parties. Molive is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or Internet resources. If a User decides to interact with a third party through Molive's services, their relationship with the User is governed by the terms and conditions of those third parties. Molive is not responsible for the terms or actions of such third parties.

11. Against CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation) Content

Our platform is committed to providing a safe and healthy communication environment for users, thus adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation(CSAE) behavior. Through this policy, we can effectively prevent and combat any form of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation(CSAE), ensuring that user interactions on the platform remain safe and healthy.

11.1 Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE Content

The platform adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards CSAE behavior. Users are prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content related to CSAE, including but not limited to child pornography, explicit descriptions of minors, exploitation, abuse, and other forms of sexual exploitation or harm to minors. Once the platform identifies CSAE content through automated review tools or user reports, such content will be immediately deleted. The platform combines technical detection with manual review to swiftly remove such illegal content, preventing further dissemination or spread. Through this policy, the platform provides a safe and healthy communication environment for all users.

11.2 Policy for Permanent Banning of Accounts

If users are found to be participating in CSAE behavior (including but not limited to publishing, sharing, or promoting such content), their accounts will be immediately suspended. For users with repeated or severe violations, the platform reserves the right to permanently ban their accounts without prior notice to ensure the safety and compliance of the platform environment.

11.3 Judicial Cooperation and User Penalties 

If the platform discovers CSAE-related content or behavior, it will immediately cooperate with law enforcement agencies to assist in investigation and handling. Users involved in CSAE behavior may be reported to relevant legal authorities for further investigation and legal actions, ensuring the safety and compliance of the platform environment.

11.4 User Responsibilities and Reporting Obligations 

Users must comply with this policy when using the platform. If suspected CSAE content or behavior is discovered, users should promptly report it through the platform's provided reporting tool. We encourage users to actively participate in maintaining the platform's secure environment and building a healthy and positive online community.

We are committed to maintaining safety and positive atmosphere of platform, ensuring that users can interact and participate here with peace of mind, free from any exploitation and abuse. Our mission is to protect the rights and welfare of all users, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups.


12. Limitation of Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Molive, its affiliates, employees, licensors or service providers be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, Including but not limited to loss of profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from: In no event will Molive's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to Molive for the Services at the time you have an account.

13. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation(CSAE) Content


The platform is dedicated to creating a safe and trustworthy environment for every user. We implement a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of CSAE(Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation), being fully aware of the severe damage it can cause to individuals and the wider community.


13.1 Comprehensive Ban on CSAE Content 

Users must not upload, distribute, or share any content related to CSAE, including but not limited to child pornography, explicit descriptions of minors, exploitation, abuse, and other forms of sexual exploitation or harm to minors. This ban applies to all forms of content, including text, images, videos, and any information that directly or indirectly promotes, encourages, or glorifies CSAE behavior.


13.2 Comprehensive Measures for Removing CSAE Content 

The platform combines technical detection and manual review to swiftly eliminate such illegal content and prevent its spread. Whether identified through automatic review tools or user reports, the platform will immediately delete CSAE content and related content.


13.3 User Responsibilities 

Users must agree to and adhere to this policy when using the platform. If any suspicious CSAE content or behavior is encountered, users should immediately report it through the platform's reporting tool. We encourage all users to collectively ensure the platform's safety and compliance, fostering a healthy, positive online environment.


13.4 Handling Violating Accounts and Legal Support 

If it is found that a user is involved in CSAE behavior (including but not limited to publishing, sharing, or promoting such content), the platform will take immediate measures to suspend the user's account. For users with severe or multiple violations, the platform has the right to permanently ban the account without prior notice to maintain the safety and compliance of the platform. Furthermore, the platform will actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and address incidents involving CSAE behavior. Users involved in CSAE behavior may be reported to relevant legal authorities for further investigation and accountability.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms disclosed and agreed to by you when purchasing additional features, products or services we offer on the Service, contain the entire agreement between you and Molive regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You agree that your Molive account is non-transferable and that all of your rights to your account and its content will terminate upon your death.
