About Us

Gilberto Molina

Gilberto has served as an operations manager for international oil rig service companies in Ecuador, as an interpreter and assistant for multinational CEOs, and worked for ten years in diverse customer service and operations roles in the United States. He is committed to creating job opportunities for youth and in Ecuador through remote work. A former host with the AFS student exchange program, he also values cross-cultural exchange.

Juan Jose Molina

Born in Ecuador and raised on the East Coast of the United States, Juan Jose has served as an in house translator and simultaneous interpreter for oil and mining corporations, alongside branches of the U.S. government, and for multinational language service platforms such as Appen and Orion. He is studying through U.C. San Diego for certification in interpretation and translation and is soon to be a member of the American Translator Association.
