MOKO Foods allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To request deletion of your MOKO Foods account, please send an email to:

Please include:
Your registered email address or phone number
Your full name
Any additional information that helps us identify your account
Upon successful verification, we will delete:
User profile information
Saved addresses
Account preferences
Order history associated with the account
Contact information stored in our systems
Some information may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, accounting, or regulatory compliance.
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. Any legally required retained data will be stored only for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
