Mokhtaria MESRI Spouse MERAD is a Professor of Higher Education in the Department of Electronics at the University of Laghouat. She received her PhD in Electronics in 2013, in Algeria. She received her Magister in Signal Processing at the University of Science and Technology of Oran (USTO). She obtained her Master of Education Science, in ICT at the University of Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg, France, in 2009, (Top List of Promotion). She graduated with a State Engineering in Electronics, from the University of Sciences and Technology of Oran, (Quite Well). She got a Baccalaureate, Science Series, Mohamed Benothmane El Kebir, High School (Good) in 1987.
