(being expanded upon)
Lahore Science Mela 2023 was the second Science Mela whose organization I co-led. This year, the Pakistan's largest citizen science and technology festival was held on 28 and 29 October 2023 at Crescent Model Higher Secondary School Shadman, Lahore. The two day event was attended by more than 100,000 people, hosted almost 130 exhibitors from across the country, over 20 international and national auditorium and indoor sessions, and thousands of distinct demonstrations and experiments. This event was a culmination of hardwork and intensese leadership and coordination sppanning over six months. The media and report are currently being updated and will soon be shared here. Till then here are a few glances into the event:

I have co-curated the biggest citizen science festival of Pakistan, Lahore Science Mela 2022. The two-day event welcomed more than 75,000 visitors, 250 exhibitors, and 3,000 distinct science performances and live experiments. My role was immensely diverse and all-encompassing through every domain: from devising the entire publicity campaign to mentoring over 150 volunteers, I also invited and communicated with over 700 schools, exhibitors, and partners, mobilized donors and secured fundings, kept all websites updated, managed budgets and expenditures, guided exhibitors, collaborated with international scientists and organizations such as CERN and the BioRobotics Institute of Italy, and led all of the 14 back-to-back auditorium sessions. After applying for and securing fundings from the Institute of Physics UK and NCGSA Pakistan, I executed the Shakargarh Science Mela 2022 in a remote village of Punjab, Pakistan. This festival in a public school hosted the CERN LHC Interactive Tunnel, a solar telescope, and various live experiments and was attended by more than 1000 students, teachers, and locals.
