Welcome to PatternMatrix ("the Application"), a mobile symmetry, mandala, and seamless pattern design utility developed and maintained by Mohsin tech (operated by Systematic Private Limited).
We hold a fundamental belief in absolute digital privacy. PatternMatrix is engineered and distributed as a 100% offline, standalone creative application. We do not collect, process, harvest, transmit, share, sell, or monetize any personal identifiable information (PII) or device-level analytics.
To provide complete transparency in compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and international privacy frameworks:
No Personal Information: We never request, record, or transmit your name, physical address, email address, phone number, contacts, biometric data, or government identification.
No Device Identifiers or Telemetry: The Application does not access or store unique device identifiers, including Android IDs, Advertising IDs (AAID), IMEI numbers, MAC addresses, or IP addresses.
No Third-Party Analytics or Trackers: There are no analytics libraries (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer) or crash telemetry SDKs embedded within the Application.
No Advertising SDKs: The Application contains zero ad networks (such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, or Unity Ads) and delivers an ad-free user experience.
No Account Registration: You can use every feature of the Application immediately without creating an account, registering credentials, or connecting social media profiles.
PatternMatrix operates purely within your device’s local hardware sandbox:
Local Processing: All algorithmic symmetry computations, $N$-fold rotational calculations, kaleidoscopic reflections, and vector line renderings are executed strictly in your device's local memory (RAM) and graphics processor (GPU).
Export Permissions (Photos / Media / Storage): When you choose to export a finished pattern tile or wallpaper canvas to PNG or image formats, PatternMatrix utilizes standard Android scoped storage APIs solely to save the requested image directly to your local device gallery or storage directory.
No Unauthorized File Access: The Application cannot and does not read, view, modify, or scan any other photos, media, documents, or directories on your device.
No Cloud Synchronization: Your original designs, draft strokes, and exported images remain solely on your device. We do not maintain servers, databases, or cloud backup repositories.
PatternMatrix is safe for audiences of all ages, including children:
The Application complies fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K).
Because the Application collects zero personal data from any user, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect, store, or transmit information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 within applicable European jurisdictions).
The Application adheres to the strict criteria defined by Google Play's Families Policy requirements.
The Application does not contain external hyperlinks, webviews, affiliate tracking codes, third-party payment gateways, or third-party service integrations. Under no circumstance is user data collected, sold, traded, or shared with marketing partners, commercial aggregators, or government entities.
Since PatternMatrix never collects or stores any data on external servers, we hold no user data to retain or delete.
You maintain complete sovereignty over your artwork.
Uninstalling the Application or deleting exported images from your local device completely and irreversibly removes all application files from your hardware.
We may periodically update this policy if app features or regulatory obligations evolve. Any updates will be published with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and will be made available through our Google Play Store store listing.
