OpenAI processes API data according to its applicable terms, policies, and data-processing practices. OpenAI states that, by default, it does not use inputs and outputs from its API platform to train or improve its models unless the customer explicitly opts in.

We do not intentionally retain personal information obtained through the camera, microphone, or gallery beyond what is necessary to provide the App's functionality.
Where media or other content is processed by a third-party service, including OpenAI, retention may be subject to that provider's applicable policies and terms.
OpenAI states that, except for certain endpoints and features, API inputs and outputs may be retained for up to 30 days for purposes such as providing the service and abuse monitoring, with additional retention controls available for eligible customers.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may transmit information to third-party service providers when necessary to operate specific features of the App. The primary third-party AI service used by our App is OpenAI.
