Tuition & Payment policy: Tuition Payment will be calculated per class and submitted to you in a separate form. Payment is due on the first class each month. There is no tuition refund or reductions for classes missed. Please email or call your instructor if you will be late or unable to make your class. Make up classes can be scheduled on an as needed basis. A late fee of twenty dollars will be added, every month at the director’s discretion to outstanding balances. Result in non-payment will result in removal of the class and not participating in the recitals. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or money order at this moment. Online payments can be made via PayPal (see instructor for details, fees may apply). Payment may also be paid in full (annually) with a 5% discount. Weekly and bi-weekly payments will not be accepted. An annual fee of $75 (Single) or $125 (Family) will be added to your tuition for administrative purposes. This fee must be paid in full by the first week of classes.
A payment of sixty dollars will be charged for one student in one class at the first of the month. Family and multiple class discounts are available. Please refer to your Payment Plan (separate form).
You are financially responsible for any classes you are signed up for, regardless of attendance. If you have plans of withdrawing, they must be done in writing and submitted before the first of the month. You will still need to pay any remaining balance on classes or costumes if applicable. There will be no refunds.
Attendance: Like school, attendance is essential for your complete experience and education. Other group members depend on you for practices and performances. When you are enrolled you are expected to commit to a full year (September to May). Anymore than four unexcused absences will result in removal from the class. Please email or call your instructor if you will be late or unable to make your class, this will count as an excused absence. That being said, if you are ill or are contagious, please stay home. We can make up classes as needed.
Dress Code: Hair is to be worn up and out of your face (ponytails, braids, etc.) It is recommended that you wear dancewear or athletic wear to class. Vulgar language/graphics are not allowed. However, if you would like to put money aside each month with tuition, a costume account can be opened for you. Costumes will not be allowed home until paid in full.
Studio: Please come to class prepared. We will be starting promptly at your assigned class time. Only dancers involved in the scheduled class will be permitted on the studio floor, unless otherwise arranged. You may come in to drop off and pick up your child. Parents may wait in the waiting area in the building or drop off their child. Please be respectful of the area. No gum or food during class or in the studio. Water bottles are encouraged.
