Hello! I’m Mohanreddy Kondreddy, feel free to call me Mohan. I’m a passionate and results-driven software engineer from Bangalore, India, with over 5 years of professional experience building enterprise-grade applications and cloud-native solutions across finance, healthcare, and tech industries.
My journey in technology began at Alliance University, Bangalore, where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. During my time there, I was actively involved in student leadership roles — serving as a Campus Placement Coordinator and Event Organizer, which honed my organizational and interpersonal skills early on. I also gained practical exposure through an internship at TechCiti Technologies Pvt Ltd, where I worked on a “Data Discharge Analysis” system, strengthening my foundation in backend development and data security.
Professionally, I started my career at Fusion Software Technologies, focusing on full-stack development with Java, Spring Boot, and React. I designed APIs using microservices architecture, implemented service discovery with Spring Cloud, and introduced GraphQL to improve responsiveness. My experience with Kafka and event-driven systems helped me build scalable and resilient applications.
I then joined Deloitte India, where I worked as an Analyst for two years. My contributions included migrating over 5000 Oracle business rules into Drools, building robust backend systems using Spring Boot, and optimizing databases to handle millions of records. I led initiatives around automation, CI/CD, and real-time monitoring with the ELK stack — streamlining deployments and improving production stability. I also mentored junior developers and conducted knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to a collaborative Agile culture.
To broaden my global perspective and technical expertise, I pursued a Master’s in Information Systems at Saint Louis University in the U.S., graduating in May 2025 with a GPA of 3.84. Alongside academics, I served as a Graduate Student Ambassador, where I supported incoming international students, provided guidance on campus resources, and helped foster a welcoming environment, a role that greatly enhanced my leadership and communication skills.
Currently, I’m working at Capital One as a Software Engineer, where I’m building high-performance web applications using React.js, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies. I’ve contributed to significant performance improvements, implemented secure authentication systems, and built CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins. I also work extensively with AWS services like ECS, CloudWatch, and ELB to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler and enjoy playing cricket and badminton. I also like experimenting in the kitchen, trying out dishes from various cuisines.
I’m now seeking a full-time Software Developer position where I can bring together my strong technical foundation, hands-on industry experience, and passion for innovation to contribute to meaningful projects. I’m especially excited to join a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and building impactful software.
