In accordance with Google Play’s User Data policy, we provide a transparent way for users to delete their accounts and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account:
In-App (Recommended): Log into the app, go to the "Update Profile" (تحديث بياناتي) screen, scroll to the "Danger Zone" (منطقة الخطر), and click "Delete My Account Permanently" (حذف حسابي نهائياً).
What Data is Deleted? When you initiate an account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our servers immediately:
Personal Identity: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and Gender.
Activity Logs: All "Last Seen" data and app interaction history.
User Content: All family tree submissions and related records.
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all records associated with your account will be lost.
We do not support partial data deletion. Deleting your account removes all associated data permanently.
Web/Email Request: If you have uninstalled the app, send an email to alkherallah.family@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
