I am a PhD candidate in Marketing at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. I expect to complete my PhD in September 2027. My supervisors are Professor Nick Lee, Dr. Iman Ahmadi and Dr. Marco Gregori.
My research follows two streams. The first studies how language shapes conversations between people. I develop a measure of dyadic linguistic alignment and link it to conversational outcomes. The second uses causal inference to estimate demand from observational data, with negative control outcomes.
Before my PhD, I worked as a data analyst at Snapp and a business analyst at Digikala. I am on the 2026-27 academic job market.
Research Interests: Quantitative Marketing, Text Analysis, Causal Inference, Demand Estimation, Prediction Markets
