Privacy Policy for Push Up Time - Replift Effective Date: March 13, 2026

Replift: PushUp Time (“the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and the rights you have regarding your data.

1. Information We Access or Process

• Camera Access: The app uses the device camera for real-time pose detection to count push-up repetitions. No photos or videos are ever recorded, stored, or transmitted.

• Fitness Activity Data: We process the number of push-ups and workout duration locally on your device to track your progress.

2. Special Permissions & App Blocking 

To provide the "Locker" functionality shown in the app, we request:

• Display over other apps: Required to show the workout interface over other applications.

• Usage Access: Required to detect when specific apps are opened so the "PushUp Locker" can function.

• Note: We do not collect or transmit your app usage history to any external servers.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Local Storage: All workout statistics and app settings are stored locally on your device. We do not use external servers to store your personal information.

• Retention: This data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed to provide you with your workout history.

4. Data Deletion (User Rights) Users have full control over their data:

• Manual Deletion: You can delete all app data at any time by going to your Android device Settings > Apps > Replift: PushUp Time > Storage > Clear Data.

• App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the app will automatically delete all locally stored workout data and settings from your device.

• Data Requests: Since we do not store data on servers, we do not have accounts to delete. However, for any data-related inquiries, you may contact us at the email below.

5. Data Sharing 

We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties. The app does not transmit personal or health data to external services.

6. Third-Party Services 

Replift: PushUp Time does not use third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising networks.

7. Children’s Privacy 

The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since all data is local, it is safe for general audiences under parental supervision.
