Wordly App - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wordly mobile application provided by Mohamed Elsayed. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. License and Use:

   - Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Content:

   - The App may allow you to submit or upload user-generated content. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

3. Privacy Policy:

   - Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

      - Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality.

   - We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

   - The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

   - In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Governing Law:

    - These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
