I worked directly for the CEO of 4 businesses that circles in the Real Estate Industry. My primary task was to handle the company's marketing assets, that include Facebook and Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Google PPC Ads, creating and optimizing landing pages, websites ( using WordPress, Click funnels) and automations.

This is the most challenging campaign I ever handled, we are spending almost $2000 a day for only 1 product. I monitor this campaign almost 24/7. I am following a very tight KPI with a CPC of under $1 CTR of 3% and ROAS of 2 for each Ad set. We know that Facebook is very strict on Affiliate Marketing so we use landing pages and customized URL tracking and by offering a quiz form first before they can purchase the product. We don't rely on the Facebook ads manager report about our profit because it cannot track commissions and bonuses from every purchase. I manually check the profit and true performance of each ad set from the Clickbank dashboard to see if it is performing properly.

The result that I got from running a Conversion thru Messaging Campaign because my client used  Site 123 for her website and it is not compatible with the Facebook pixel but we used Facebook shop to convert. I managed to run this ad with a very low Cost Per Messaging with PHP 2.50 to PHP 5.00 cost. This is a local E-commerce store targeting the whole Philippines.
