Dr. Anna Moeller

Research Assistant Professor

I am a quantitative ecologist with a research focus on population dynamics and the management and conservation of wildlife species. As a Research Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University, I am passionate about mentoring future generations of scientists, especially in quantitative and statistical thinking. I enjoy working with graduate students on study design, analytical methods, and R coding. I also emphasize the importance of clear, professional communication in oral and written formats, developing interesting ecological questions, and the art of constructive feedback.

I grew up in Boise, Idaho, and I have a cat named Cora and beagle named Dolly. When I'm not contemplating statistics, I am fly-fishing, backpacking, learning to watercolor paint, or playing in the dirt (i.e., gardening).
