We revealed and refinished the original floors in a rich dark walnut and took the upstairs bathroom to the studs to fit in a stunning claw foot tub and shower stall. More to come.

70's Lawyer office re-imagined to an open concept tech office.

The modern Vancouver Special exterior hides the striking black and white modern French interior of this home. Crisp white walls, dark flooring and sparkling chandelier and tiles throughout. Kitchen reno upcoming.

The couple that took on this new build envisioned a sleek modern interior but with two toddlers and a shrinking budget couldn't complete their vision. A stunning Corian island, floating vanity with vessel sink, glossy simple tile work and wow lighting added some much needed finishing details to this cool pad. Sourcing many of these items though my vendors helped this couple save thousands.

Although this beauty came with wide plank floors already, it's expansive open concept living room was cold and sparse. Softening the space with window treatments, artwork, and a cozy furniture layout created a warm family space. A custom build vanity turned the functional master en-suite into an adult retreat for those these tired parents of three.

A complete gut down to the studs resulted in a bright and sweet home complete with a separate studio / guestroom. New windows, three sets of French doors, skylights, refurbished original fir flooring, custom molding and wainscoting throughout transformed this cabin into a cottage. A new kitchen with a re-claimed retro gas stove finished it to picture perfect.

Our longest project and family home, this beauty was our first big project together and started our love of renovating. Ambitious in scope, we relocated and modernized the kitchen, added a full bathroom with laundry and wall of hidden storage to hide the every day clutter. Upstairs, another bathroom was transformed and forth walk-out deck added complete with French doors. Finally, restoring the flooring and exterior to its former glory completed this beauty.
