By using Modnar, you agree to the terms below. Failure to follow these terms may result in you or your server losing access to the bot.

Data

Modnar stores data related to bot features such as economy systems, moderation logs, server settings, and other command-related information.

We are not responsible for any lost or corrupted data. If data loss happens, you may report it in the Discord server to see if recovery is possible:

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.

Bot Safety

We take reasonable steps to keep the bot secure, including safely storing the bot token and related systems. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

If the bot is ever compromised, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Uptime

Modnar may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or unexpected errors.

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by downtime or interruptions. When possible, advance notice for planned maintenance or major updates will be provided.

Abuse

Do not use Modnar to:

• Break Discord’s Terms of Service

• Abuse or exploit bot systems

• Spam commands or intentionally cause instability

• Attempt unauthorized access to bot systems or stored data

Violating these rules may result in restrictions or permanent blacklisting from the bot.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Modnar after changes are made means you agree to the updated terms.
