Rules/Bylaws    

The MDHJA Rule book and bylaws contain all the vital details of how we run the association and describes the requirements to be eligible for the Year-End Awards. The Rule book overall follows the governing practices of our national bodies, but since there are some specific divisions not defined by USHJA, it's the member's responsibility to be familiar with the MDHJA rules. All show managers should use the Rule book to determine which classes to offer for the competitors accordingly.
