Rules/Bylaws    

The MDHJA Rule book and bylaws contain all the vital details of how we run the association and describes the requirements to be eligible for the Year-End Awards. The Rule book, overall, follows the governing practices of our national bodies, but since some specific divisions are not defined by USHJA, it's the member's responsibility to be familiar with the MDHJA rules. All show managers should use the Rule book to determine which classes to offer for the competitors accordingly.  Our Bylaws and Rule book can be found below.
