Workday in knygos.lt

This is from my sisters perspective:Knygos.lt. It is an online book website where people order books in a convenient way for their delivery: Omniva self-post-o mats, Lp express terminals, Lp express courier, mail, etc. My job is to collect orders that people have ordered, to package and hand it over to the courier to lead the package to its location. It is also necessary to accept new books, and to bring them to certain locations. I was responsible for the rest of the workers, as I was in charge of being superior to the other packagers.
