By downloading or using ModernX Video Player (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. App Usage

You may use the App only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:

• Use the App to view illegal content

• Modify, copy, or distribute the App’s code

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• Use the App in a way that harms the developer or users

3. Permissions

The App may request:

• Storage Access (to read local media files)

• Notification Access (optional media controls)

You may grant or deny permissions at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the App, design, logo, and branding belong to Modern Apps & Tools.

You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the App without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

You agree that the developer is not responsible for:

• Loss of data

• Device issues caused by third-party hardware/software

• Misuse of the App

• Playing copyrighted or illegal content

6. In-App Purchases & Ads

Some features may be:

• Free

• Ad-supported

• Premium (via in-app purchase)

All purchases are handled by Google Play.
We do not store your payment information.

7. Third-Party Content

The App may display advertisements or link to third parties.
We are not responsible for:

• Content displayed in ads

• Third-party websites or services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms

• Required by law
