. Introduction Modern METAR Widget ("we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile application (the "Service") to display aviation weather. You use this Application anonymously.

2. Data Collection & Local Storage

Personal Information: We do not require account creation. We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers.

Local Data: Your saved airport list and widget color preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.

Usage Data: We do not track your location or usage habits.

3. Third-Party Data Requests To provide weather information, the Application fetches data from aviationweather.gov (a service provided by the National Weather Service). Your device connects directly to their servers. We do not act as a middleman in this connection and do not see or store your IP address.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Because all data is stored locally, deleting the Application from your device will automatically delete all your saved airports and preferences.

5. Children's Privacy We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Artificial Intelligence Transparency is important to us. Features of this application, including but not limited to data parsing algorithms, UI/UX design components, and underlying source code, have been designed and created partially or entirely by Artificial Intelligence.
