HISTORY

Our company has a long history to become the existing Private Limited Company. Its actual founder as Late Sd. Inderjeet Singh and started business in 1972 in the name of Modern Refrigeration Centre under proprietorship dealing with Airconditioning and Refrigeration. As our founder Late Sd.Inderjeet Singh was highly skilled in AC & Ref and as he had a very good business knowledge,he began to expand his business. In the mean time, our existing two Directors- Mr. Avtar Singh & Mr.L.K.Arora who are great followers of Late Sd. Inderjeet Singh came to contact with him in 1979. Thus with combined efforts of above three, company begun to grow up and in 1985 the above proprietorship Firm was converted to a Partnership Firm among all the above three in the name of M/s Modern Refrigeration & Electrical. All of a sudden demise of Late Sd. Inderjeet Singh in 1987, the other two partners Mr Avtar Singh & Mr. L.K.Arora took the complete charge of the above partnership firm. In 1992, the firm became the Franchise of Voltas Limited and in 1995, the firm took the exclusive dealership for Sale & Service of Voltas AC products.Now, company is dealing with DAIKIN and VOLTAS AC product for Sale & Service. The firm which was started with 5 Employees, has now almost 100-125 Employees. As the company has spread its activity in large scale, the partnership firm has also been converted to a Private Limited Company in the name of Both the above Partners Mr.Avtar Singh & L.K.Arora have become the Directors of our above company.
