Request Addition or Removal

What is this?

This Form is how we collect requests by users. They can use it to request a user to be added or removed from one of our Moderation Lists.

How does it work?

You must inform us the relevant data:

• Your Bluesky username (@example.bsky.social);

• The target user's Bluesky username (@example.bsky.social);

• The target Moderation List.

Please do not inform your personal data. We only require the data above, so we do not take responsibility for anything else that is informed by mistake.

Will my information be publicized?

Yes.

Your request information will be collected into a spreadsheet, which acts as a log and doubles as a way to follow your request updates.

We take user safety seriously, so all displayed usernames are anonymized to preserve their privacy.

I have several requests. What should I do?

Currently, this form cannot accept bulk requests. You must fill the Form once per request. Note that if we detect any malicious usage of the Form, we may suspend this service.
