Modelia ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Modelia: Model Poses & Guide mobile application (the "App").
By installing and using Modelia, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
A. Personal Information
Modelia does NOT collect, store, or require any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or physical address to use the App.
B. Device & Usage Preferences (Stored Locally)
To provide a personalized experience, the App saves certain preferences locally on your device:
Favorites List: Poses you bookmark for quick access.
Appearance Settings: Theme choices (Dark Mode vs. Light Mode).
This data remains strictly on your device and is never transmitted to our external servers.
Modelia integrates trusted third-party services to deliver core app functionality and process transactions securely:
A. Google Play Services & Google Play Billing
Purpose: To manage in-app purchases (such as Lifetime Access unlocks) and verify software licensing.
Data Handled: Transactions are processed directly through Google Play’s secure billing infrastructure. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card, bank, or payment details.

B. Cloudinary (Image Hosting)
Purpose: High-resolution pose inspiration images and gallery content are retrieved securely via HTTPS from Cloudinary.
Data Handled: Anonymous, standard network request logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) processed by CDN servers during image loading.

The App requests the following standard Android permissions to function properly:
android.permission.INTERNET: Required to download pose images from CDN servers and open external reference links (e.g., Lightroom presets download, Amazon book listings, Instagram).
com.android.vending.BILLING: Required to process secure one-time in-app purchases via Google Play Store.
Modelia is intended for general audiences, including models, content creators, and portrait photographers. The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective action.
We prioritize your security:
Payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play Store’s encrypted infrastructure.
All network traffic for remote image rendering is encrypted via HTTPS.
App security features (such as FLAG_SECURE) are enabled to protect app content and user interactions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in app features or legal/regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted within the App or on our official privacy policy web page.
