This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the manner in which NDS.TS Co., Ltd. ("Company") handles information about user ("User") of the MockRec Location application ("App").

1. Personal information to be obtained

1. The App acquires location information using the device's GPS function and saves it inside the device. Saved location information can be deleted by uninstalling the App or deleting the cache and storage data of the App.

2. Location information saved inside the device will not be shared outside the device, including the Internet.

3. the Company will not share information contained in communications with the User, the contents of inquiries, requests, and opinions (including their causes and solutions), or other information provided by the User. etc., may be monitored, recorded, retained, and used in telephone, e-mail, and other communications with the User in order to confirm the User's instructions and to improve the quality of the service.

2. Purpose of using personal information

The App uses the User's personal information for the following purposes.

1. To display the User's current location on a map

2. To record and store the User's travel route

3. Disclosure and provision to third parties

The Company will not disclose or provide the personal information the Company have obtained to any third party.

4. Purpose of using personal information

The Company recognizes that handling personal information appropriately is an important social responsibility of a company, and in order to properly manage and operate the personal information held by our company, have established the personal information protection policy (https://www.nds-g.co.jp/ndsts/en/privacy.php) as a basic principle to be complied with.

5. About Cookies, AD Identifiers (AAID), and Google Analytics

1. The Company may use cookies, advertising identifiers (AAID), or similar technologies to understand the usage of the App and to deliver advertisements suitable for User. Such information does not contain any information that identifies a specific individual.

2. The Company may use Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc. to understand how Company's services are used and to improve the convenience of Company's services. Google Analytics uses cookies, etc., to collect and analyze browsing history in a form that does not include information that identifies specific individuals, and Company receive the results to understand how User (including visitors to Company's website) use Company's website. We may use the results to develop the App, improve Company's services, etc. by understanding how User (including visitors to Company's websites) use Company's websites.

User can disable Google Analytics by changing User's browser's add-on settings from the Google Analytics opt-out add-on below. Information collected by Google Analytics is managed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Revision of the Policy

1. The Company reserves the right to change or abolish all or part of the Policy at its sole discretion at any time without obtaining the User's consent. 

2. When the Company revises privacy policy of the Policy, the Company shall post on the website operated by the Company or notify the User of such content by the method prescribed by the Company, and the revised terms and conditions of the Terms shall take effect from such time. 

3. The User’s continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Policy shall be deemed the User’s contract for the use of the App to be bound by such revision.
