Mockify - Terms of Use

Mockify is an application that enables users to professionally create iPhone app screenshots and mockup images for submission to the App Store.
3. Membership and Subscriptions
The App offers monthly subscription plans.
Subscriptions provide users with additional features and access to more mockup templates.
Subscriptions automatically renew and will continue unless canceled prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Apple's subscription management system.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payments for subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID account.
Subscription cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle; no refunds are provided for the current subscription period.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful and ethical purposes.
You will not create or share content that infringes copyright or other rights.
You are responsible for all content uploaded within mockups and screenshots created using the App.
6.Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
The Mockify App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The developers are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.
