Requesting a Commission
A detailed description of the art and/or reference images are needed.
I will send a Paypal invoice after discussion.
2. Sketch
Payment can be done before or after the sketch.
I will give a rough sketch of the artwork.
Revision are unlimited for small changes, and up to 2 for big changes.
3. Refine / Colors
Flat colors are done, and I will refine the sketch/lineart after receiving payment.
Revision are unlimited for small changes.
4. Render
At this stage, I will refine the art by rendering / shading / lighting,
You are limited up to 2 revisions on this phase.
5. Completed
I will send the high-res PNG images through either Google Drive, sta.sh or email.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service, please read through carefully!
• Commissions are first come, first serve. If my ongoing slots are full, you can be added to the waitlist, and I will contact you when it's your turn.
• I have every right to decline any commission at any given time
• Any ill, disrespectful, scam behavior will not be tolerated, person will be blacklisted and blocked immediately.
• All rights reserved to the artist: I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.• I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online as pieces for my portfolio, future clients, show process, and archive. HOWEVER, if you would prefer the commission to be private, please tell in advance.• If the case of posting the artwork online or is showcased any where, please give properly give credit (ex. art by @mochiwasabii).• Do not claim, alter, trace commission as your own creation.
• Payment via VGen / Paypal or bank transfer for MY locals.• Once I approve your commission request, I will let you know and send you a Paypal invoice to your email.• I will only begin commission after full payment upfront is received, currency accepted is USD and MYR only.
• Commissioners cannot ask for refund or cancel once payment has gone through.• I reserve the rights to cancel a commission at any given time.• If I am not able to complete the commission, a full refund will be given.
• I will send work in progress such as, but are not limited to: sketch and line art drafts.• Major changes can be done ONLY during the sketch phase, such as: corrections of, composition, design, poses, etc. If commissioner does not inform correction request before I, the artist, follows through the painting stage, additional fee will occur.• Estimated turn around time (T.A.T): Commission may take from 1-2 weeks to a few months in completion depending on certain circumstances that involve; health, complexity of piece, family issues, work/school. Any issues will be informed to commissioner as soon as possible.
• For various reason, I might take longer or quicker depending on my health and free time. If it is a rush order, an additional fee of +50% will be added.

mochiwasabi's Commission Loyalty Card
The loyalty card is for returning customers who has commissioned me repeatedly in the past!
Once you have commission 4 times, you can redeem the card for 50$ discount for the next commission! If the art redeemed is lower than the discount, it will be considered as free.

Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You also cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
I reserve the right to terminate your loyalty card if found used in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
I might change the T&C and use of the loyalty card at any given time, without notice.
The redeemed art can not be sold or claimed as own creations.
All terms and condition for commissions above are also applied to the loyalty card's redeemed art.
