Creative Art inspired to Rose Windows

"Firmament"

A TRIBUTE TO APULIA

FIRMAMENT is an art project by the Apulian artist and designer Bernardo Palazzo. It is a tribute to the Apulian territory and to its traditions. It is represented by huge doilies placed on hayballs in the countryside. The art installation wants to emphasize Apulian crochet works that evoke the rose windows of Apulian cathedrals. They are also like big mandalas, old drawings and sacred representations of the cosmos.
