We collect this information when you use our products and/or services on your device or connect to our servers via mobile apps, games, or websites.


2.2.1 Your apps installed & browsers

We may collect information about the browser type and settings, apps installed and how you use to access our products, which helps us deliver features like automatic product updates, product access behavior, the date, time, and security or bugs issue.

Ex. when you install an app from the Google Play Store or when a service checks for automatic updates.


2.2.2 Device or SIM-Related Information

IP Address, IMEI number, GAID number, MAC address, Phone OS version and type, ROM version, Android version, Android ID, Apple ID, Phone number, SIM card operator and its location area, device model name, device manufacturer details, network connection type, network operator, basic hardware information like crash reports and usage information (such as CPU information, storage details, battery usage, screen resolution, and device temperature).


2.2.3 Your application usage (Your behavior during usage)

We collect information about your usage behavior in our products and/or services.

If you use our products to make and receive calls or send & receive a message, we may collect telephone log information like phone number (Caller & receiver), forwarding numbers, time and date of calls and messages, calls duration, routing information, and calls types.

2.3.4 Your location information (Only for specific products functionality)

Information about your accurate or approximate location if you use our products for location-related services. For example, country code, region, city code, cell identity, mobile network code, mobile country code, longitude & latitude information, language settings, time zone settings.

The types of location information we access, use, or collect depend on your device type and/or account settings & permission.

You can always restrict our access (or Turn Off / On / Limit) to location information of each application/game at any time from within the phone settings (Settings - Permissions).

2.3.5 Information specific to you that may be assigned by our Business Partners

When permitted by law & required to provide app features & services, we may also collect your information from our business partners. We will treat this as a PRIVATE INFORMATION. like

We may also collect information directly or indirectly linked to an individual user and it may not be defined as personal information as per applicable local laws. The purpose of collecting is to improve the products and /or services we provide to you.

These may include statistical data generated when you use a specific service (e.g. non-identifiable device-related information, page access events, page access time events, daily usage events, and session events); network monitoring data (e.g. request time, request numbers, or error request); application crash events. The type and amount of all the information collected mainly depends on how you use our products and/or services.

We may collect information such as device models, unique device identifiers, system version numbers, and information about your activities on our websites or mobile apps. We may also show you personalized ads based on your interests & online search activities. You have the right to opt-out from receiving personalized ads and to object to profiling at any time. To do so, you can turn it on/off at any time within the phone settings (Settings - Additional settings – Privacy – Ad services)

You can control what information we use to show you ads from your ad settings.

Note: We don’t share information that personally identifies you with our business partner or advertisers, such as your name or email unless you ask us to. For example, if you see ads of the sweet shop and click on “tap to call” button, we’ll connect your call and may share your phone number with the sweet shop.


3.6 Measure product and/or service performance & analytics

We use data for analytics, improve securities, and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about your visits & interaction with our products to do things like improve product design. We also use data about your ads’ interaction to help advertisers understand the performance of their ad campaigns. We use a variety of tools to do this, including Google Firebase Analytics or Unity Analytics.

We use the information we collect to contact you directly. For example, we may use an email address to send you a notification about any suspicious activity, update information, reply to your feedback, questions and/or upcoming features, changes, or improvements to our products and/or services.

In case, if you contact us, we’ll keep a record of your request/feedback/suggestion to solve any issues you might be facing, notices about purchases, subscription renewal or termination, and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

If user decides to OPT-IN to our mailing list, they will receive promotion emails that may include Mobile Apps and Games News, updates, security update & tips etc.


3.8 Implementing & maintaining security safeguards in our products and/or services for our users, and the public

We use the information to help improve the safety & reliability of our services. This includes assisting in identifying users, verifying user identity, detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm our products and/or service, our users, or the public loss and frauds.

We use different methods & technologies to process your information for these purposes. We use automated systems that analyze your data to provide you with things like customized offers, personalized ads, or other recommendation on how you use our products. We analyze your content to detect abuse or misuses such as spam, malware, and illegal content. We also use programs to recognize patterns in data.

Your information related to app purchase, subscription, in-app purchase is used for processing the purchase order verification and related after-sales services, including customer support and product delivery. Also, the order number will be used to cross-check the order details with the delivery partner as well as to record the delivery status of the deliverables. Your email address will be used to send you to purchase order information.

Control what information other users can see on your public profile when you use our app.

Our products let you share content or app invitation with other users with your control over how you share. For example, you can share your profile page, app invite link, or content (photos or videos) publicly or you can keep it private. When you share information publicly, your profile info or content may become accessible through search engines, social networks, or any other people or group.

When you’re signed in and interact with our product, like leaving comments on other user’s profile or content, your name and photo appear next to comment.

Simply save your data to your offline device or computer, by login into your account.


8. DATA RETENTION & MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

We may retain the information that we collect for reasonable periods depending on what it is data, how we use it, and how you manage your settings:

You can delete some data whenever you like, such as the content.

Other data is deleted or kept anonymized automatically after a set time, such as advertising data in server logs.

We keep some data until you delete your User Account, such as information about how often you use our services, your login information.

Some data we retain for longer periods when necessary for business or legal purposes, such as security, fraud & abuse prevention, or financial record-keeping.

When you delete your data, we start an automatic delete process to make sure that your data is completely & safely removed from our servers (with Backups) or retained only in anonymized form (for later use). We will ensure that our products will protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you delete your data and when its copies are deleted from our active servers and backup systems.

9. COMPLIANCE & COOPERATE WITH AUTHORIZED REGULATORS

We regularly review & make changes to this Privacy Policy and make sure that we process your information in ways that comply with applicable laws.

9.1 Data transfers

We may use any secure server around the world & your data may be processed on servers hosted outside of your current country. Data protection laws may vary by country, with some providing more protection than others. We are using the same protections & security process mentioned in this policy, regardless of when & where your information is accessed, used, processed, or transferred.

When we receive notice or complaints, we respond to by contacting the person/entity who made it. We do not use our products to knowingly get data from or market to children under the age of 13.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to products and/or services offered by a third-party. For example, our advertising partners may set cookies or track different information to serve Personalized Ads in our Mobile App, Games or Website. These cookies allow their ad server to recognize your Device each time they send Ads to compile non personal identification information about you. This information allows ad networks to deliver ads according to your search history and online behavior.
