Welcome to Mobile Fax - Send & Receive Fax ("the App"), operated by [FASTMORE PTE.LTD.] ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Purpose: The App allows you to scan, send, and receive faxes using your iPhone, designed for personal and business use in the U.S.
Eligibility: You must be 13 or older to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Account and Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features (e.g., receive faxes, get a fax number).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Provide accurate, current information during registration and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Plans: We offer weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans, with page limits for sending and receiving faxes (e.g., 10-20 pages/week, 200-300 pages/month).
Fees: Pricing is displayed in the App (e.g., $2.99/week, $9.99/month, $79.99/year). Additional pages may incur fees (e.g., $0.10-$0.20/page).
Payment: Payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchases, subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused pages.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes (e.g., sending spam, obscene, or illegal content).
Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
Interfere with the App’s functionality or our servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.
Content and Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of documents, files, and data you upload or fax via the App. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit this content to provide the service.
Our Content: The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by [FASTMORE PTE.LTD.] and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account via the App or by contacting us at support@mobilefaxapp.com.
We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, and we may delete your data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including reliability, accuracy, or availability.
We do not guarantee successful fax transmission or receipt, as this may depend on third-party networks or recipient systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [FASTMORE PTE.LTD.] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits) arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Governing Law
