Mobile Curling Editor does not collect or store users' personal information.

When saving or loading JSON text files, the app uses the system file picker. The app may remember the selected folder as the default location for subsequent file operations. The date and time of a save operation may be used as part of the file name.

Available file locations may include local storage, iCloud Drive, or other cloud storage services configured on the device. The availability of these locations depends on the device, operating system, installed services, and the user's configuration. If a cloud storage location is selected, the file may be stored by that service according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Captured images and 2D Code images are saved to the Pictures/MCE folder on Android and to the photo library on iPhone and iPad. When running the iOS version on Mac, users select the save location through the system file picker.

The 2D Code Read feature processes an image selected by the user in order to read JSON data from a 2D Code. On iPhone and iPad, images can be selected from the photo library. On Android and when running the iOS version on Mac, images can be selected through a system picker. The selected image and decoded JSON data are processed by the app and are not uploaded by Mobile Curling Editor.

The 2D Code Scan feature uses the device camera to read JSON data from a 2D Code. On iPhone and iPad, this feature uses the Data Scanner functionality provided by iOS. On Android, this feature uses Google Code Scanner provided through Google Play services. Scanned images and code contents are processed on the device and are not sent to Google. Google may collect diagnostic, performance, and usage information related to the scanner service in accordance with Google's ML Kit Terms.

Mobile Curling Editor does not transmit users' curling data, JSON data, selected images, or captured images to the developer or to the developer's servers. Diagnostic, performance, and usage information related to Google Code Scanner may be processed by Google as described above.
