End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and namra khan regarding your use of our macOS and iOS applications.
By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
Our apps may include paid features or subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests must be handled through Apple.
We may update our apps to fix bugs, improve performance, or add new features. These updates may be delivered through the App Store.
All app content, design, software, trademarks, and related materials are owned by namra khan or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our apps without permission.
Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the apps will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user requirement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, namra khan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps.
This Agreement represents the complete agreement between you and namra khan regarding the use of our applications.
