Personal Information: During registration, we collect your Phone Number, and a PIN/Password. This is used to identify your account and allow you to connect with other devices.
Precise Location Data: To provide our core "Find My Phone" and real-time tracking features, we collect precise latitude and longitude data.
Foreground & Background Location: Our app requires access to your location even when the app is closed or not in use to provide continuous tracking and security services.
Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including the hardware model, manufacturer, and operating system version.
Identifiers: We collect your device's Advertising ID (for ad personalization) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token (to send push notifications).
Communications: Any messages sent through the in-app chat feature are processed to facilitate communication between your connected devices.
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Core Functionality: To track your lost or stolen device and share its location with your authorized connected devices.
Background Processing: To maintain real-time location updates even when the app is not active.
Communication: To facilitate the in-app chat and notification system.
Advertising: We use the Advertising ID to show relevant ads via Google AdMob.
Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our app and to improve performance.
We share data with the following third-party services to facilitate our operations:
Google Play Services & Google Maps: For location mapping and service delivery.
Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.
Firebase (Google): For crash reporting and usage analytics.
External Servers: Your location and account data are securely transmitted via HTTPS to our dedicated servers.
Mobile Tracker collects location data to enable real-time tracking and help you find your lost phone even when the app is closed or not in use. This data is also used to support advertising. You can enable or disable this feature at any time through the app settings or your device's permission manager.
Retention: We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.
Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. You can do this directly within the app by navigating to Menu > Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account, phone number, and location history will be permanently removed from our servers.
We value your trust in providing us your personal information. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (SSL). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
