Information displayed by the portal may include:
Current eyewear order status
Patient-facing production update
Estimated completion date
Date and time of the most recent update
Shipping carrier and tracking link, when applicable
Information the portal is not intended to display or collect:
Prescriptions or diagnostic information
Medical records or examination results
Insurance identification or benefit information
Social Security numbers
Credit card or payment information
Internal laboratory or clinical notes
Patients must use the assigned order number and private PIN to check an order. Patients are responsible for keeping their PIN confidential. If a PIN is lost, compromised, or shared with an unauthorized person, contact Mobile Eyez Optical so the existing access can be disabled and a new PIN issued.
Email is not guaranteed to be appropriate for sending sensitive health information. Please use the order-status email only for general eyewear-order assistance and do not email prescriptions, medical records, insurance documents, payment information, or sensitive clinical information unless Mobile Eyez Optical has provided an approved secure method.
