Muslim Guide Full ("the app") is developed by Abdul Rasheed. This policy explains what

information the app uses and how.

1. Location Data

The app requests access to your device's location (GPS/network location) solely to:

  - Calculate accurate prayer times for your current location

  - Determine the Qibla direction (direction to the Kaaba) from your position

Your location is used entirely on your device to perform these calculations. It is never

transmitted to, or stored on, any external server — the app works fully offline and has no

backend of its own. You may also set your location manually by searching for a city instead of

granting location access.

2. Notifications

With your permission, the app schedules local notifications on your device to alert you at each

prayer time. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device.

3. Purchases

The app offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional content. Purchases are

processed by Google Play Billing; we do not collect or store your payment information — that is

handled entirely by Google Play.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

The app does not collect, store, or share:

  - Your name, email, or any other personal identifiers

  - Analytics or usage tracking data

  - Advertising identifiers

  - Any data with third parties

5. Permissions Used

  - Location (Fine/Coarse): prayer times and Qibla direction, as described above

  - Notifications: prayer time alerts

  - Boot Completed: reschedules prayer alarms after your device restarts

  - Exact Alarms: ensures prayer notifications fire at the precise time

  - Ignore Battery Optimizations (optional): keeps prayer notifications reliable on phones that

    aggressively kill background apps

6. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from children, as it does not collect personal

information from any user.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same location with a revised

"Last updated" date.
