App Usage
• MobAlert is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it in violation of any applicable laws.
Features and Functionality
• MobAlert provides motion detection alerts and charger removal notifications.
• The app does not guarantee absolute protection against theft or unauthorised access. It is intended as a support tool, not a security system.
User Data Protection
• We do not collect any type of personal data (Email, Password , Mobile number).
In-App Purchases
• MobAlert may offer additional features through In-App Purchases (IAPs).
• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies.
• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by Apple’s policies (such as trial periods or subscription rules), User can cancel subscription any time any where.
Advertising
• MobAlert displays advertisements provided by third parties (Google AdMob).
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites linked through ads.
Disclaimer of Warranties
• The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or complete protection of your device.
Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use MobAlert.
