MobAlert (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our iOS application MobAlert.

Information We Collect

Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, or address).

Device Information:

Motion Sensor Data: Accessed only when you enable the motion detection feature. This data is used in real time to detect whether your device is being moved. We do not store or transmit this data.
Charger State Notifications: Used solely to detect whether the charger is plugged in or unplugged, to provide alert functionality. This data is not stored or shared.
Location Data: Accessed only when you enable the Location Reminder feature. We use your device’s current location solely to trigger alerts when you arrive at specified location. We do not store, share, or transmit your location data to any third party. Location access is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.

How We Use Information

To provide the app’s core features (motion detection, charger removal alerts, and location reminders).
To monitor app performance and usage trends using Firebase Analytics.
To display advertisements through Google AdMob.
To support in-app purchase functionality.

MobAlert is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Payments

MobAlert includes in-app purchase functionality. Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and privacy policies.

We do not collect or store any payment information.
