Tour Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions
   If a tour cannot proceed due to weather-related issues, we offer a 100% refund. Your safety is our priority, and we will notify you promptly if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour.

2. No-Show Policy
   In the event of a no-show, where a customer is unreachable or does not arrive within 15 minutes of the designated pick-up time, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. It is important to be on time as tours are scheduled to ensure the best experience for all participants.

3. General Cancellation Policy

   • For cancellations made at least 14 dayrs before the tour start time, a full refund will be provided.

   • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
